Infant Feeding Workshop

What are you goals for feeding your baby? Your plans, your hopes, your uncertainties?

I will help you explore your options, understand how breastfeeding works, and make sure you are prepared whatever your goals.

The statistics tell us mums want to breastfeed and lots start. But many stop before they and their baby would like to. Lots of those feeding journeys can be helped with the right support and information but in the early days and weeks it's not always easy to access. Antenatal preparation can help you to get off to a good start by improving your knowledge and understanding.

The Infant Feeding Workshop is a one-off session lasting 2.5 hours. You can attend alone or bring your partner or another support person with you. Perfect for mums in the third trimester and not just for first time mums - all welcome.
